Case Study – Gilly Nicolson Bespoke Bedlinen

There is nothing better than working with a client who is driven, ambitious and knows what they want. It is inspiring to work with people like this and it brings out the best in others. Going through a rebrand is an important development in the lifecycle of a brand and one which requires a great deal of thought and understanding. It is not just about your colours and logo but about who your customer is, your business objectives and the unique emotional impact you have on your customer. What is the lasting impression and how do you get your customer to come back?
We have had the pleasure of working with Gilly Nicolson who runs her own business called “Gilly Nicolson Bespoke Bedlinen”. With our specialised property design and marketing knowledge we were approached by Gilly to undertake a rebrand of her established business.
The first stage of this process was to find out more about Gilly as only with this knowledge can you start the design process. Gilly has gone back to the real core of what is essential for luxury, high quality bedlinen, and has combined it with a custom-made service. It’s all about choice and offering as many options as possible so that her customers can create their own unique sets of luxury bed linen that last for years and years.
With all of this in mind the look and feel of the new branding had to reflect the key values of the brand but also portray elegance and an air of sophistication. Having a design that captures the experience you want your customers to enjoy is essential.
